For the past few years, I have challenged myself to make time annually, taking the opportunity to reflect on everything that happened in the past year before the excitement of the new year amps up. This practice has given me space to reflect on the wins and losses of my time in a way that honors those experiences before I start looking ahead towards what I want to create, undertake, or change in the months ahead.

The purpose of this journal is to act as a tool to help jog your memory and potentially reframe some of your experiences. It is also to help inspire you to cultivate the life you want in the upcoming year, an opportunity to objectively observe your life and pull all the wisdom from them as you find peace.

Oftentimes, peace comes after we are resolved, but peace can also be a drive for resolution. My hope is that you come to a place of calm and generate from that space before resolutions are created for the new year.
